Hi!

I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). My education and experience include graduating in 2018 with B.S. in Alcohol and Drug Studies and a minor in economics from MNSU- Mankato. I completed my internship in 2018 in medium intensity residential treatment where I continued as a primary counselor for three years. In 2022, I made the switch to Intensive Outpatient treatment where I held a variety of roles for three years which included: float, assessments, and remote coverage. Mostly, and most recently I facilitated groups and individuals as a primary counselor full-time carrying a case load.

I joined Inspire Services, LLC in 2025 as a non-residential counselor (IOP) at the New Ulm location. I bring my personal experiences with recovery lifestyles, educational, and vocational experiences. I am a huge proponent of recovery communities, sponsor/mentorship, peer recovery support services, and asking for help in general. I believe most things in life that are worthwhile tend to be difficult. While challenging, recovery is often the best thing that ever happens in the lives of the individuals battling substance use.

In my spare time, I love to be a homebody. I enjoy games, tv, movies, board games, and every minute I get with my family. It is my pleasure to serve and I hope to meet many of you on the road to recovery!
