Margo Briese, APRN-CNS, B.C.

Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Practitioner

I’m Margo Briese, an Adult Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with more than 30 years of experience in mental health care. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—including county mental health, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient behavioral health, home care, and treatment centers—and each role has shaped my belief that every person deserves to be met with dignity, patience, and genuine understanding.

I specialize in working with adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in clear communication. I take time to understand each person’s story and strengths, and I work alongside clients to create practical treatment plans that feel manageable and meaningful. My goal is always to help people feel supported, empowered, and truly partnered with in their care.

Before joining Inspire Services, I spent many years providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management in a county mental health clinic, collaborating closely with case managers, therapists, probation, and community partners. I’ve also practiced in inpatient psychiatry with admitting privileges, coordinated clinical operations, and contributed to workflow improvements that make care more efficient and accessible.

Outside of my professional life, my family is at the center of everything I do. They keep me grounded, grateful, and connected. I’m also committed to my own ongoing wellness—spiritually, physically, mentally, and in the lifestyle choices I make each day. Whether I’m spending time outdoors, staying active, or simply appreciating the small moments, I value balance and intentional living.

I’m grateful to be part of Inspire Services, where compassion, connection, and whole‑person wellness guide the work. I look forward to partnering with clients as they move toward stability, healing, and a life that feels more hopeful and manageable.
