Hi! I'm Chelsea Garvin. I joined Inspire Services in 2025. While I am fairly new to ARMHS, I have been working in human services for over 10 years focusing on employment services for people with a wide variety of diagnoses, strengths and barriers. I value individual preference and am passionate about customizing my service delivery to each person I work with. I take a compassionate, nonjudgemental approach to working with clients whether we are developing goals or discussing past challenges. 

I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and value the differences in all people around me. 

I have been certified from the Austism Society of MN to provide direct care to those diagnosed with autism. I spent my first three years in this field exclusively working with adults on the spectrum to assist with employment retention and development of social and interpersonal skills. I also have experience and training related to Social Security Benefits, Customized Employment/Discovering Personal Genius, and Pre-Employment Transition Services for high school students with disabilities. 

When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my 3 children. We love to garden, do crafts, watch movies, get out in nature and care for the variety of amphibious creatures we have adopted. When they're asleep, you can catch me watching stand-up comedy, reality love shows or enjoying the rare peace and quiet.
