Hi!



I’m Lydia, a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I joined the Inspire Services LLC Team in October 2023. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology and alcohol and drug studies, giving me a strong foundation for my work.

I hold a deep belief in the potential for recovery and firmly stand by the idea that it is attainable for anyone. My main goal is to empower you to break free from your addictions grip. The counseling approach I tend to stick with is highly individualized while having the understanding that each person is unique in their addiction as well as creating a safe, judgment-free space for you to share your struggles.

My hobbies outside of work include playing pickleball, attending Minnesota sports games, reading, listening to podcasts, and going on long walks with my pups.
